Mobility challenge Introduction and Day One

Hi everyone and welcome to our Mobility challenge day one! Here you will find two videos, one describing how our challenge is going to take place and another displaying the exercises for day one.

In summary we are working our quadriceps with the following two exercises:

- Barbell Quad Smash (3min/side)
- Couch stretch (2-3min/side)
